Rowell's Link (Stark, NH)... Needs blowdown removal and clipping each year, plus rock cairns at the junction with the Old Jimmy Cole Brook Road need to be rebuilt. Blazing paint and signage.... The foot bridge over Rowells Brook needs to be inspected each year. The stringer logs need to be probed for soundness. Its southern log stringer will have to be replaced in two or three years...We might think of removing the bridge altogether at that time. Rowell's Brook can be crossed without trouble except in extreme high water.
